Conference Forum

All Conference Representatives have access to the on-line Forum using the login details they have been sent via email. This is an opportunity for members of the Conference to talk to each other or raise questions about any of the reports. Conference Ticketed Sessions

As a Representative, your badge will gain you entry to the Opening of Conference and the Conference Sunday Worship.

The ordination ticket request form within the conference registration system has now closed. Those who have requested tickets through this route will receive them on arrival at the Conference.

Conference Meals

The meals module is now open on the Conference Registration and Booking System. You are able to select between a "grab-bag" lunch (sandwiches, crisps, fruit, a chocolate bar and a bottle of water) one of the fringe lunches, or to utilise the representative meal allowance at one of the local eateries. As with last year, representatives are expected to use their evening meal allowance at a local restaurant.

Breakfast arrangements coincide with your accommodation.

Lunches will be available to all Representatives Monday to Thursday. Please note that lunch will not be provided on Sunday. If, on any day, you are not having a Conference-provided lunch, your Synod Secretary may claim a reimbursement of up to £8 for you.

Evening meals can be taken at your a place of your choice, and your Synod Secretary may claim for reimbursement of up to £15 for you. Please see the Restaurant Guide for local places to eat.

New to Conference?

There will be an introduction session for newly appointed representatives at 11.30am on Saturday 26 June in the Small Concert Hall, on the ground floor of Portsmouth Guildhall.
